Why can’t I see the white LED light option on the Design My Light page anymore?

  • White LED lights were removed from our light selection choices at the end of October 2021 because they were too bright and did not have a manual dimming switch.
  • Rainbow RGB LED lights with the remote control are now the default light setting for all Mylights. They are the preferred light option by our customers, mainly because they can be dimmed and the colour can be changed manually by remote control. They are also more interactive and allow the selection of the red colour which may assist with melatonin activation for improved sleep.

Due to the nature of how Mylight’s are built, we can only allow and facilitate ONE (1) name only. You are still able to add as many emojis as you like, but from 1 September 2022, we now only allow ONE (1) name to be featured on the Mylight box. If an order is received with more than one name OR a hyphenated name, then Mylight will shorten the name to the FIRST name featured on the name design. If it is absolutely critical and you still need the additional name featured, then there will be an additional cost of $15.00 which Mylight will send you a Paypal invoice for. In this instance, please contact us directly at sales@mylight.com.au to discuss it further. Thank you for your understanding.
