How long does it take to manufacture and send my Mylight?
The manufacturing process takes between 5-10 working days for all Mylights.If you require your mylight urgently email us at sales@mylight.com.au, we can often make them quicker for special occasions. Orders are dispatched within this timeframes (unless there is a backorder on stock or your light has been damaged) and usually arrive within a few days of dispatch.
Can you make different sizes eg for a shop sign?
We are also signwriters and therefore we can make light boxes for various applications, simply phone Greg on 0401324144 if you wish to obtain more information on out sign light box service.
Can I get you to design my light?
If you are having trouble designing your light, we are happy to do it for you over the phone and send you a proof. Just send us an email at sales@mylight.com.au with your contact details, and someone will call you. We are can also include a logo or provide different sizes, simply call 0401324144 for further details.
Do you do gift vouchers?
If you would like to organise a gift voucher, please vists our gift certificates page or email us at sales@mylight.com.au and we will organise to send you a printable gift certificate with a unique code that can be redeemed at the checkout.
How much do Mylights cost?
The price of a Mylight varies depending on the box surface and light type chosen. A standard Mylight with a basic box surface and white light is $139.95 includinstandard registered Australia post. If you go to de you can select various options - the price will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
Why does the script font cost more?
The Script font is more time consuming to manufacture and therefore is more expensive. We charge an additional $2 per letter for the script font to cover additional costs in routing and the manufacturing process.
How are Mylights powered?
Mylights are powered by electricity. Included with your mylight is a 12V DC adaptor which can be plugged into the wall. The adaptor can be removed from the light (ie there is a plug in the back of the light box).
How much is postage for a mylight?
Postage is included in all prices, you can choose and express post option which is an aditional $15
